​I first started doing wedding cakes when I was 19 years old. My older sister was getting married and I was asked if I could make her wedding cake. I told her that I would try. After making her cake, I discovered that I absolutely LOVE making wedding cakes, baking, and being creative. I immediately began to practice and learn all I could about making the perfect cake recipe and designing the dream cake.

 

I have often found that a cake can be decorated so perfectly, it's almost like a dream come true, but then with a not-so-good cake recipe, the cake loses a very important part! The cake recipes that I have developed adds to making the ideal cake in both looks and taste.
